- Must possess a B.E. / B.Tech in any discipline from an approved College/University
- 15 years of experience in Production or Production support services in PSU Oil &Gas Exploration & Production Company.
- Must possess the knowledge of OISD Standards, Guidelines, Recommended Practice, API standards, IS standards, NFPA standards, ASTM, ANSI standards, etc
- Must possess good knowledge of Standards, Acts, Rules, Regulations, etc. related to Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Must possess good knowledge of elements of Safety Management Systems, Asset Integrity Management, and Process Safety Management including HAZOP, QRA, HIRA, BBS, Safety Culture, MOC, SOP, Incident Investigation, Training & Competency, Emergency Response & Preparedness.
Desirable:
- Lead auditor or internal auditor certification of ISO45001 or OHSAS18001 and ISO14001
- Certification in health, safety, and environmental management under NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate) or NEBOSH IDip (International Diploma Course) or RLI/ CLI/ NITIE/ NIT/ UGC recognized university.

- 15 years of experience in Drilling or Drilling support services in PSU Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Company
- Must possess the knowledge of OISD Standards, Guidelines, Recommended Practice, API standards, IS standards, NFPA standards, ASTM, ANSI standards etc.
- Must possess good knowledge of Acts, Rules, and Regulations, etc. related to Health, Safety, and the Environment.
- Must possess experience and Expertise in the interpretation and resolution of drilling-related downhole complications including fishing.
- Must possess good knowledge of elements of Safety Management Systems, Asset Integrity Management, and Process Safety Management including HAZOP, QRA, HIRA, BBS, Safety Culture, MOC, SOP, Incident Investigation, Training & Competency, Emergency Response & Preparedness.

- Four levels below Board -DGMs / Assistant professor or equivalent: Rs.8000/- per day
